It’s undeniable that everyone has diverse eating preferences. From the nuances of taste and texture to the impact of various smells, our senses have a significant influence over our dietary choices. Equally are our personal schedules and health goals, play a big role in how we plan and organize our meals for the week, as well as a slew of other determinants that may be in or out of our control.

Below is a free download for you to print and use for meal planning. I’d also encourage you to ask yourself the following questions as you plan:

  1. What’s on sale this week?
  2. Do I need snacks?
  3. Do I prefer fresh, frozen or canned items?
  4. Are there textures or tastes I prefer?
  5. How many days or meals am I planning for?
  6. Do I need to eat out of the house this week?
  7. What’s my budget this week/month for food?
  8. Do I need to follow a recipe?
