Equally are our personal schedules and health goals, play a big role in how we plan and organize our meals for the week, as well as a slew of other determinants that may be in or out of our control.
Below is a free download for you to print and use for meal planning. I’d also encourage you to ask yourself the following questions as you plan:
- What’s on sale this week?
- Do I need snacks?
- Do I prefer fresh, frozen or canned items?
- Are there textures or tastes I prefer?
- How many days or meals am I planning for?
- Do I need to eat out of the house this week?
- What’s my budget this week/month for food?
- Do I need to follow a recipe?
