- Do I need snacks?
- Do I prefer fresh, frozen or canned items?
- Are there textures or tastes I prefer?
- How many days or meals am I planning for?
- Do I need to eat out of the house this week?
- What’s my budget this week/month for food?
- Do I need to follow a recipe?
